Can you advise me how to use your products?
No, we are a research peptide and research compound supply company, and our products are meant for research purposes only.
Storage
After reconstitution, we recommend storing your research peptides in the fridge.
Orders
I placed and paid for my order, but I haven’t received a confirmation email
Once placing your order, you should receive a confirmation, and once shipped, a tracking email. If you have opted for SMS notifications, you will receive these same confirmations via SMS. If you haven’t received a confirmation email, check your spam folder.
The tracking for my order is not updating!
Packages can be lost by couriers for a period of time, or they can miss getting scanned in transit, but often they will update within a matter of days. If the tracking does not update for 7 days, reach out to our customer service.  Â
My package shows delivered, but I haven’t received it. What can I do?
The best first course of action is to check all possible areas your package could have been delivered. This includes all doors, mailbox, mailroom or garage door. Additionally, check with next-door neighbors, as carriers can misdeliver.
Sometimes the tracking on a package can show delivered a day or two before it actually arrives to you. Please allow up to 48 hours before concluding it is lost.
My order arrived with a damaged item
If you received a damaged item in your order, please provide pictures to us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can verify the damaged item. Once verified, we will ship you a replacement.
